Unfortunately, Apple Store policies don't allow us to sign you up from inside the app. We know, we think it's crazy too but they're a very big company and we're a very small one so we have to do what we're told.
Fortunately, we have a very simple solution. Please visit the web version of the app:
After you've completed the signup process there, you'll be able to login and use your account as normal from your Apple device.
Android users aren't affected :)
